About "Goodbye America"
This brand new musical is the story of two couples, Jennifer and Dwight in 1945 who can't decide whether they should or shouldn't; and Jenny Lee and David in 1990 who would but daren't till they find out whether the other couple did nearly fifty years before!
And it's the story of England and America, from '42 to '92: fifty years of Monty and Eisenhower, Cliff and Elvis, Maggie and Ronnie, the story of two countries locked in an embrace, swapping tastes in music, film and food like they were new steps to a dance.
